Order Processing All our products are handmade with great care. Orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days after payment confirmation, and may in exceptional cases take up to 15 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

- Islands (Azores and Madeira): 5 to 10 business days
